At DND Gel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from the DND Gel website within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused gel polishes or supplies in their original box to prevent leaking or damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
